***And NOW if sell 1/2 hour of webcam time for just a mere $7, and you need not have a webcam yourself to do this-but it would be helpful(they can be purchased for as low as $20-40$), and you get PERSONALIZED,PRIVATE crochet lessons from an expert on ANY subject of your choice!   Have a mother/daughter lesson(s), or a few girfriends over and learn a new tecnique or work a specific project...the ideas are endless!!  Write to me and I will explain how this works, it is really neat!***

The pics below were taken at one of my "Simple Crochet" classes at BOCES, where the wonderful students were kind enough to let me take their pics and pics of their works too!  Thank you so much ladies!

Check out  a very interesting video on You-Tube about men crocheting and knitting...FYI,there is unclear data about the origins of crochet, some trace it back to ancient China when the art was called "tamouring" -then onto Europe in the 1600's where it was called crochet meaning "tamouring in air" as tamouring was done on fabric..then onto Ireland and Irish lace.  However, men were actually the first folks to knit, as they are the ones who knit fishing nets!:
