As far as payment, I have figured the shipping costs in on the same page where the items are listed...I have estimated in ounces/pounds and that doesn't account for shipping to further regions, cost of priority mail, and any other extras that are normally included in "handling"-Postal Service raises its rates May 12th. Also, in the payment area, you will be able to place your discount "code", (if any apply to you), and you will be able to add on accessories at that point as well. Simply cut and paste the discount code, placing it into the correct box,following the prompts, refresh the page, and you will see your corrected total.
**NOTE** the rhyme and reason behind many items having "add zero accessories 0 dollars", etc.. is because if you go to pay for the item using Pay Pal, it has to be specific or else you'd be charged wrong. For example, if you didn't want a blanket, but did want an extra pocket... the system needs specifics to work properly... And when entering your code, simply put MEDICALPERSONNEL10, if you are a nurse, for example, and your discount will be figured in...

-There are absolutely no exchanges,refunds or changes on layaways-faulty items will be replaced by a new item of the same type.
-The first payment is a restocking fee and is nonrefundable. Any layaway cancellations wil be charged the restocking fee (the amount of the downpayment) and any remaining credits will be given as a store credit. Store credits are good for 90 days.
- The payment schedule for layaway is as follows: 25% down then 1/4 in 30 days, 1/4 in 60 days and the final 1/4 in 90 days-if this plan is too prohibitive for example, then we can construct a purchase plan according to your needs, i.e, if you don't wish to stretch it out as much, or if you need more time to make the complete payment, just contact prussruss12@hotmail.com, and a plan will be tailored to your needs.

1. defective item-return to me and I will refund your money 100% (including your shipping costs),

3. fix the item(s) in question so that they are satisfactory, and then re-mail and pay your shipping cost.

(But, just to let you know, UPS and other methods are more expensive, so I would have to charge you for that.)
